At Thread Vibe Shop, we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order through our partner, Printful, we follow the policy below:
1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
2. Incorrect Sizing or Change of Mind As our items are printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Please review our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
3. Shipping Issues If your package is lost in transit or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue with Printful.
4. How to Initiate a Request To report an issue, please email support@threadvibeshop.com with the following:
