At Thread Vibe Shop, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All our products are printed on demand through our partner, Printful.

1. Production Time Before your order is shipped, it takes some time for our team to print and prepare it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Time Once your order is ready, it is shipped out. The shipping time typically takes 8–10 business days for delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You will see the total shipping cost before you finalize your payment.

5. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: “We currently do not ship to the European Union (EU) and do not sell our products in the EU region.”
