Thank you for shopping at ThreadVibe Shop. Since we offer custom print-on-demand products made specifically for you through our fulfillment partner, Printful, our refund and return policy is very straightforward.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are fully committed to making it right.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Please email us at sarfashion003@gmail.com
with clear photos of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue. - Once verified, we will send you a brand-new replacement product free of charge. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
- Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Because every item on ThreadVibe Shop is custom-printed only after an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you choose the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
- Please carefully review our size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
- Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
- If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address at checkout, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed shipments that are returned to our facility will also require additional shipping fees if you request a redelivery.
